That's the story we're getting, anyway.
The only reason I can think of for having a mock IED in your luggage is because you're doing a dry run to see if you and your fauxsplosive can make it past security.
Maybe next time (soon? later? who the hell knows?), they'll figure out how to foil security and sneak the real deal on board.
